There's a truck called "waffle and dinges" and it was featured on food network for serving delicious Belgian waffles. The way they become so famous is because you have to catch them on the right time. Not only is their advertising free, it is real time advertising, meaning that rather than putting an add in the paper for the following week they are letting the customer know exactly where they will be at a moments notice. This is beneficial to the consumer to know immediately because they may forget about advertisements they read in the paper.
