Itis good so you can see the people who you might hire or people who have commented to see if they have any merit. ALso, if there is an inapproiate topic then it can be gone quickly. ALso, as a student i feel a little uncomfertable being a social media person because then i feel like i am judging people the same way they can judge me and i dont feel thats approiate. It is a bad thing for a social media person because there are people who have put privacy on certain things like facebook for example the people who know how to truely use facebook know that they put things to private and even as a friend you can still block someone from seeing pictures or comments that are inapporpriate for someone to consider hiring them. The skills needed is you would have to be highly comfortable working on a computer and know your way around it. Also, being able to type high words per minute would help too because then you can go fast through your work and not take too long. When hiring a canidate i would look at a person who would be honest, a very personable person who can interact with others be able to get the job done. A canidate must be very good with computers and be able to know the different sites they need to go on to check somoene out and also be able to do it quickly and proficiently so they can check out multiple things at one so a good multi tasker as well. Maybe a class in computers so people just dell into computers and learn the insides and outs of them.Gabriella Torzillinoreply@blogger.com
